07.2019 - a new canteen at Spinko
Modernization of the factory canteen has begun. The commissioning is planned at the turn of the third and fourth quarter of this year. The canteen offer includes breakfast and lunch sets, salads, sandwiches, cakes and more.
04.2019 - IATF 16949: 2016 system at Spinko Moto
Already three customers of the renowned automotive companies VALEO, WABCO and UMFOTEC commissioned the production of their SPINKO Moto products. Therefore, the plant was allowed to approve the Quality Management System for compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and the IATF 16949: 2016 specification. In April this year the Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance certification body carried out an audit confirming the proper functioning of the system. The audit result was positive, which resulted in the SPINKO Moto Certificate of compliance with ISO 9001 and "Letter of Conformance" for IATF 19649 (which is tantamount to obtaining the certificate). From next year, both plants will undergo control and certification audits together. It is even more advisable that many processes are interdependent, and cooperation positively affects the development and continuous improvement of our processes.
11.2018 - Spinko awarded
On 22-23 November 2018, the ceremonial gala of awarding the Polish Automotive Industry Awards took place in Cracow (Kraków). This year, the prize in the Polish Supplier 2018 category for the Polish Industry Automotive Industry went to SPINKO Sp. z o.o. as the largest automotive supplier with Polish capital. The award was collected by Mr. President Michał Kowalewski.
07.2018 - Spinko Moto
In July 2018 the SPINKO Moto plant construction in Zielona Góra - Nowy Kisielin has been completed. The investment was completed in the agreed, record-breaking period of 9 months, in accordance with the assumed schedule. Thanks to the whole team - both SPINKO Leszno and SPINKO Moto for extraordinary commitment and effective work. Also thanks and congratulations to the General Contractor - Mirbud SA from Skierniewice and Substitute Investor - Abaris from Poznań. The SPINKO investments consistently carried out in Poland strengthen the position of SPINKO on the European market. - The demand for our products is increasing and will increase over the next few years. Currently, before the young SPINKO Moto crew is another challenge - launching the production of products for the automotive industry. We wish you perseverance and success.
12.2017 - Spinko Moto
In the second half of 2018, a new production plant will be established in Zielona Góra - Nowy Kisielin, the sole shareholder of which is Spinko Sp. z o.o. in Leszno. In the new plant, on modern and automatic production lines, high-quality aluminium alloy elements will be manufactured for turbochargers, compressors, brake systems and engine components for the automotive industry.
04.2016 - Training Department
A Training Department has been created in Spinko, the main purpose of which is to adapt the employee in the company and to accept and assume new tasks. This department is equipped with a training room and a workshop with workstations with machining equipment simulators, machining tools, control and measurement instruments, designs and anti-vibration devices manufactured at Spinko, technical documentation and many other devices used in our production processes. The newly hired employee before commencing independent work as a CNC operator undergoes a 3-month training cycle, which helps him to implement into his future work as an OPERATOR OF CUTTING MACHINES. The Training Department also conducts apprenticeships of high school students.
