Establishment of the company under the name "Bzura" Spółdzielnia Inwalidów (Cooperative of the Disabled) in Leszno at the initiative of war disabled soldiers. (Founders: Karol Muńko, Józef Baranowski, Stanisław Sosień, Ignacy Lewandowski, Józef Stachowiak.)

1988
Starting production of low-power electric motors from 25 to 120W - implementation of new technologies: accurate punching, pressure casting, winding motors.

1989
Beginning of production of fuel level sensors for cars, trucks and buses.

1995
Transformation of the Cooperative into a commercial law company: SPINKO Sp. z o.o.

1999
Beginning of the production of turbocharger components: caps, compressor bodies, silencers.

2003
Beginning of production of cast iron castings for turbochargers.

2007
Beginning of production of aluminium die-castings for hydraulic braking systems.

2014
Spinko installed the first automated casting cell.

2015
Spinko installed the first robotic machining cell

2018
Establishment of Spinko Moto in Zielona Góra - Nowy Kisielin.
